The candidate would be responsible for managing customer support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Managing customers and satisfactory resolution of their problems will be entirely your responsibility and you would be expected to meet the service levels defined by the company.

Knowledge of Payroll / HR domain and working knowledge or Oracle will be an added advantage.
